2) Our Returns Policy

The goods are sold in accordance with the manufacturer’s specification, subject to any qualification or representation contained in the website.
We do not make any other promises or warranties about the goods.

2.1) Returns and Exchanges (Non Faulty Goods).

If you find your purchase is unsuitable for any reason we will exchange it or refund the cost. To enable us to do this please complete the details on the reverse side of your delivery note and send it back to us within 28 days. We can only accept returns if you:

1. Enclose the original purchase receipt
2. Return all original UNDAMAGED packaging and labelling
3. Ensure the product is in a new and unused condition
4. Specify clearly on the documentation REFUND or EXCHANGE

Delivery charges are non refundable and unless otherwise agreed by us, you must pay for the cost of return of the items to us

Tips: We recommend that all items be returned either by SPECIAL or RECORDED delivery with adequate insurance and make a note of the tracking number.

Please ensure to put sender details on the reverse of returned goods.

2.2) Returns Policy – (Faulty Goods).

All products are guaranteed against failure due to defective workmanship or materials. This guarantee generally lasts 12 months from date of purchase (unless otherwise stated by the manufacturer) and excludes faults by accident, neglect, overuse or misuse.

Please indicate clearly the area or part that has failed and ensure that the item(s) are in a clean, dry condition otherwise we may refuse to attend to your return.

We will evaluate the fault, and replace, repair or refund at our discretion.

When returning faulty goods please appreciate that items may require to be returned to suppliers and any refunds/exchanges may take up to 10 working days.

2.3) Footwear Fit

If you are unsure about the fit of your new footwear please make sure you try to “break in” the footwear in the home. Be sure of the fit and performance before venturing outside.

If however you have not supplied us with an e-mail address, our confirmation of order page at the end of the ordering process shall act as confirmation of acceptance of the order and we will supply the goods to you in accordance with your order and these Terms and Conditions.
