Made for instant walking comfort, the Ranger GTX is designed to go straight from the box onto the trail. Very little breaking-in is needed.
The Scarpa Ranger GTX is built on a wider last giving a fit ideally suited to the broader British foot shape and with it’s deep well padded collar and Gore-Tex breathable membrane making the comfort of this boot legendary.
Ideally suited to the hills of England and Wales with the occasional foray on to the Scottish tops this boot will give comfort and support over many miles.

• Plata full grain calf leather - A high quality leather of 2.4mm to 2.6mm in thickness, ideal for fell or lighter weight hillwalking boots, which require less bedding in.
• Hi –Flex Poly-Propylene midsole, gives torsional and under foot support
• Vibram Kalden sole with integral full rubber rand, provides underfoot grip and protection
We recommend that you follow these guidelines to get the most out of your boots.
• After use always rinse off mud and dirt with plain water. Remove any stubborn dirt with a sponge, damp cloth or brush.
• Dry your boots naturally over time in a cool, dry place with good air circulation (Never force dry your boots using heat, as this will damage the leather uppers)
• Regularly treat them with a suitable waterproofing treatment applicable to the type of boots you have.
• Take care to apply treatments to tongues, D. rings and hooks. Do not over treat them as this can soften the leather and damage stitching.
